The years of Sarah’s life were 127 years, these were the years of Sarah’s life.—Genesis 23:1
Why does it mention "life" twice? Because Sarah had two lives. Even while living in this world, she lived a higher life, beyond this world. Why Sarah more than anyone else? Because she descended to Egypt and rose back up.—Zohar
There are three stages in life:
First, you are a divine soul, a part of G‑d, transcendent of all things.
Then you descend to Egypt. You enter a body. You become a faint and flawed reflection of your true self.
But you struggle with this body and with this world. From struggle, you rise above struggle. From constraints, you grow beyond constraint. From darkness, you learn to shine.
Then, like Sarah, you live two lives at once. One within this world. And one within this world and far beyond it.
